Interim Inspections
In addition to other services and for the benefit of all parties, it is often good practice and diligent to ensure that as the tenancy progresses, an interim inspection is carried out. The benefits of instructing an interim inspection are to monitor the property for acceptable wear & tear and to identify any issues that may require further attention in order to prevent costs of repair from escalating. The inspection may highlight something as simple as a leaky tap or regrettably something more serious. There are two key points at which we would recomend this serivice. Three months after commencement of the tenancy and any time during a tenancy of six months or more.
