Inventory Make

As with all our inventories our goal is to document an accurate assessment of the property and an Inventory Make is the first step in our process.

  The `Inventory Make` is a one off report done on the initial visit to the property. It allows us to build a template, which will thereafter be used at `Ingoing/Outgoing` stage of the letting process.

  The survey will be recorded on our unique and secure inventory system, documenting all aspects of the property, including any contents that are to be included.

  Photographs are digitally embedded into the finished inventory to further aid eliminating potential disputes.  

  Defects to the property are clearly highlighted in the body of the survey and through relevant photographs.

  External area e.g Garden, Garage can also be included at request.

  `Inventory Makes` can be preformed at Ingoing or Outgoing stage of a tenancy.

To ensure a true account of the condition we are the last/first people to enter a property before/after tenancy. This means all maintenance, cleaning or other works are completed and our evidence gathered is how the tenant will receive or have left the property.
